When you book a call through the "Book your AI Assessment" button, scheduling details (name, email, and the time you select) are collected by Calendly, our scheduling provider — see the third-party services section below.

Contact form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in Airtable, a third-party database we use to track and follow up on inquiries. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Scheduling is handled by Calendly, an independent third-party service with its own privacy policy. When you book a call, your scheduling data is processed by Calendly in addition to TOK LABS.
